Mediherb Fe-Plex (60 Tablets)

Contains more bioavailable iron amino acid chelate (iron bisglycinate) which may be better tolerated by the GIT reducing the risk of gastrointestinal complaints associated with other forms of iron. Also contains the metabolically active forms of vitamin B2 (riboflavine sodium phosphate) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate). Vitamin C also helps to enhance iron absorption, and Withania and Codonopsis are traditionally used as tonics.
