How to take:
Recoverthol: Push the top of the vial on the clear side backward to snap open the vial. Add the contents of one (1) to two (2) vials to a drink just before consumption, or as directed by your health professional.

Hydralyte: Take as much as possible while drinking, especially before sleeping. More can be taken in the morning to keep up hydration.
